This month’s heroes are the people who work in the sun while you’re playing at the beach. This month we’re honoring lifeguards and beach workers.
They perform life-saving work, rescuing and caring for beach-goers. They’ll tell you where the waves are breaking, caution you about riptides and stingrays, and let you know the current water temps.
